Ger21 do you have any experiance with the Cubloc.
So with the Cubloc and the Arduino you still have a stepper controller right? So I would need a PSU,Stepper Motor,Ardunino or Cubloc and a...

I like the idea of having limits for Start of Cut and End of cut. Because if I change materials all I need to do is move the limits. And not change anything in the programming. ...
I kinda want to stay away from CNC control. Was thinking something like this.

Just unsure about programming it.
Hello,
Looking for recommendation on controlling a stepper motor. Normal Nema 34 1841 oz. Stepper connected to a ball-screw. It will be feeding a table that is on a tile saw for cutting tile. ...
No it does not change when you hit the button. But when you run the spindle at rpm it changes. I ordered a new encoder and pulley.
Spindle Encorder seems to be having problems. Belt going to the encorder destroyed so I replaced that and redid the 257 setting to the right number to do tool changes right. But soon as I turned on...
I looked around and could not find anything. I just upgraded to x7 Mastercam. I found a post online for Mach3 on Mastercam. But the post makes the machine move back to 0,0,0 after spindle turns...
Thanks
Eric,
Here it is. If someone can convert it over that would be great.
DWG or DXF would be great.
Thanks Eric,
The standard attachment uploader told me not valid attachment.
Hello,
I am looking for someone I can send a MCX-5 file to and they will convert it to DXF or DWG and send it back to me. I have mastercam 9.1 so I can not open this up.
Thanks Eric,

Can you point me at a pressure relief valve that would work goef? Something that would work with oil.
Its not water mixed coolant. We have a pressure regulator on the main line but it not a relief valve. I think you need pressure regulators at each machine to make each have a consistant pressure.
I have a big oil tank. Its pumping oil to 7 machines. Starts out with a 2" pipe and goes smaller and smaller. Well it has tons of GPM and pressure. But I need a way to control it at each seperate...
Well I talked to a heating and cooling expert and he told me he can change my condensor over to a air cooled unit for less than buying a water chiller. So I think thats the way I am going. And not...
Ya that is what I was just looking at. I was looking at this:

in the winter those air temps wouldnt be hard. But in the summer we have between 70-90 air temps. So that wouldnt work well. I dont think it would cost as much in electric to run the air...
Well I got some figures for you guys. If you guys want to give your imput on weather you think this would work.

By closed system. Do you mean not put the water tank in the system?
