i am also having same type of problem of alarm of 581 while commanding M19 in same machine. again requesting if someone has full text of 9000-9200 parameters.

there is poosibility of power supply faulty for CRT & MDI unit is fuulty. it is located beneath graphics card situated inside MDI unit.

you can add 2000 in existing input /output nos. for example , if you want to see 1001.2, you have to see 3001.2 & so on.

you can adjust the cushioning of hyd. cylinders

2nd reference , 3 rd reference , 4 th reference parameter will work here. parameter no. 735, 736, 737, 738 for 2nd reference. 3rd & 4th refernece i dont remember exactly i think they r in 780...

if TAPE (G127.5) mode is there in your machine , you can run the machine from a PC. but you have to purchase DNC software for that.

al 04 means that one phase is not coming to your spindle drive if it is a fanuc spindle drive P series or S series.check your input voltage to drive

what control is this? Is it fanuc 0?if it is fanuc 0 then you can see the input & output in diagnostics no. 3000 & above

what type of load u r applying , is it a machine tool slide , may be yours bearing of slide are sticky.

I have downloaded the manuals & also checked according to that but every thing seems to fine. But alarm still there i.e larm no 6 under voltage

I can help u if alarm still persists

600 & 607 are serious alarms ( communication betweem plc & cnc is bad) you can try with initialization of the bubble memory)

you can get this information in machine tool builder wiring diagram , other wise fanuc connection manual for system15 can give you generic help.
