I use Flashcut cnc as my controller. When cutting a radius or arcs the speed is adjusted in the control software. (Max speed)

Thanks Kirk, Thank you for the link. I purchased the Viper to perform one small operation (a 2" slot in MDF). After getting this one I'm ready to order a larger one.
