look at parameters 62 63 78-89

There is a list for a similar machine in this thread
Don't change it all over, but...
About to finally have a pair of these hauled away, anything you need let me know before they are gone.
TNC 410
Simodrive
Full carousel both BT40 and CAT 40
Both spindles ran fine
Controls...
Have no idea if it works, but looks good and came out of a clean machine
Make me an offer,
Located in Mass
I realize both the posters here that English is not your first language
But
What machine?
This is minimum information
If you cannot communicate, take pictures
sorry I didn't see this sooner
batteries died you need parameters
there might be a usable set in the heidenhain parameter thread
SO repeat yourself without answering the questions asked
What machine and what servo amps
When homing the control just puts out a set voltage to move the axis in a direction. It does not close...
You response makes no sense
No one can help if you do no give information
ISTR that at least with the tnc530 the control is fussy about what ip address it gets
So you set the lag when the max feedrate is 5000mm?
You can try that[setting per the BP specs], but I have never done it
Probably tach needs adjusting
what machine is it on with which servo drives?
If it says Y axis measuring system defective, take its word for it.
FInd another SEM motor with the same encoder on the end and swap it out[reread your posts, not sure what the problem could be]...

The 310 also has a programmable PLC, and I hope it was run from the...

I retrofitted similar iron with a TNC 310 I may somewhere have an old parameter list.....but....yeah....I had linear scales so, probably not useful
read these:...
It has the parameters
you need to hit power enable button after CE
You should then hear the drives enable and it should move
Have you adjusted trailing error? It changes when you change the value of that parameter.
Write a program that rapids the machine back and forth as far as it can go.

chest is sold, base is still available,
$170 BO
Gerstner 7 drawer oak tool chest[O41B] with one drawer Gerstner painted wood base[B-20] and gerstner cover. Fresh felt and fully cleaned. No stains or grease marks. Excellent overall condition. 2...
I think they used the stock air motor and had some kind of position feedback where the speed dial is. kind of a binary slow speed servo. command 'up' or 'down' and wait x seconds for the encoder to...
Look in the heidenhain parameter list thread it is there
ti would be difficult, and probably inaccurate. Bridgeport did it with an encoder of some sort where the speed indicator goes
It would be much easier to fit a VFD, for, what, 300 bucks. Leave the...
When you press CE do the LED's go out ?
Is this machine new to you? IOW has it run before?
the process is CE, Power Enable, then run[Z home], run[[Xor Y home] ,[Yor X home]
If you hit CE and...
Does it currently run?
While the current control is limited, it is probably better in most respects than any of the DIY stuff out there,
Additionally unless you do a lot of work, you will be at...
AFAIK an interact 1 145 not only does not do rigid tapping in any way, it does not reverse the spindle. YOu have a switch that must be fwd or rev no? varispeed head with air speed change?
IIRC this Interact came with the 151
The parameters are pretty much the same, there are just more on the 151, but not really important for running the machine
