Hello, your setting is wrong, Try to create a new MAC, not just a position. if your machine has lots of setups, the MACs are needed, but if your machine have only one setup, or 4/5, or mill_turn...

These two questions means Some Setting parameters in the Coordinate System of SolidCAM do not go right, Suggest you to change the parameters about the clearance in the windows of the Coordinate...
