Send us your xml file so we check your config.(it is in mach3 folder) I smell configuration problem...

I'm just sending kit, and then remotely setup Mach 3.
I moved to USA, all work i do is remotely online :)

They just need to load code, zero axis and start machine :)

motor output pins
port nuber




Wires must be connected as is manual ( B- B+ A- A+) you will burn driver if you connect it wrong.

No, that's Europe.

I use Chinese spindle, it works for 5-6 hours without problems (8mm end mill).

Just clean it an tight it.

I got aluminum in LIPRO , it's in Slovenia.

Machine is made for wood carvings, 3d and stuff. ALU is hardest material i will use. Rosfrai and other things are just me testing :)

Aluminum is perfect for machine, better then steal of course.

My machine have 1770mm x 1080mm working place, with that small motors i have, i run it 1200 mm/ min.

I will use Water cooled spindle because it's not loud and when I'm working 3d in wood spindle works for 8-9 hours minimum.

As i started with mdf machine (my first) this one now for me is unbelievable good.
I did little measuring, and on Z axis ( measured with indicator) i can move axis to 1/10 mm (0.1 mm) and 1/100...
