So i had to get another vfs as my huanyang blew up
I got the magnetek gpd 333
And wanted to use the rs485 to controll the spindle
I looked in the manual of the vfd but its all Chinese...

gonna order the first one i found on ebay
hope it will work the way i want it :)

it cant be powered by battery :(

or this one
has more volts and amps

I got the 1.5k Chinese water cooled spindle....
And im tired of that disgusting water after
A week or so.... And all that crap that gathers ...

Hey u guys.... Ive tried some searches and no luck....

Ok what happened is i was running the vfd and the spindle at 24k rpm
And after like 3 min or so.... The was a short... Vft blew up... Like...

and its the noise im after.... cuz im working from my basement :)
it has to be some what quiet

yea i was gonna use small pods....
since i most work on small parts... i was thinkin of making like from an 1'' squares up to 3'' round ones....
soo lets say 6 1'' squares on a 12"x12" work...

what can i use i a pump...

Had pretty much the same problem.... And it was my pc.... Run it from laptop before and changed it to desktop... Installed fresh copy of win xp sp3 and fresh copy of mach3 and its gone.... ;-)

So in my case it would be
200*2*5,08=2034
My drivers are set to 2... Is that ok?
