Re: Huanyang Chinese VFD settings and manual here!

Okay. How about pd144? Is that max rpm 18000 / 8 amps, giving 2250? Or do I use 3000? Is PD070 = 1 the solution to my ROTT problem?

Re: Huanyang Chinese VFD settings and manual here!

Great. Thanks so much for the info. I will set both PD014 and PD015 to 15. Hopefully with these changes, and PD070 to 1, I will be set. I will report back tonight.

Re: Huanyang Chinese VFD settings and manual here!

Great thanks Dytoven. What about PD011? Isn't it important to set that to something other than default? Have you been running the spindle long without issues?

Re: Huanyang Chinese VFD settings and manual here!

Thanks for the reply. I'm confused. The spindle says 300Hz. Where do you see it's 400 Hz? I should set PD011 TO 300? Why are others using 120?

Re: Huanyang Chinese VFD settings and manual here!

Hello Donald. Yes, I'm fairly certain it's putting out 300hz as the VFD shows, however the issue is rott on the VFD doesn't read 18000. It was my understanding that it could/should read 18000. Am I...
