Hello yall! I am making some pins that slide in and out of an injection mold side. These pins are 0.250 and the hole that it is sliding in and out of is 0.256", is this adequate wiggle room?

I will check the power supply with all the outputs disconnected (cabling off) and check for power to each. is it 5v? or 12v? 24v? not sure....

If its the power supply, how would I suspect it is? Just hook up an oscope to each voltage output?

I have a 1992 Haas vf-2 that I am about to melt down for scrap and build a toilet with.

About 3 weeks ago I turned on my machine and all I saw on the screen was snow. In the top left...
