i have complete dynapath 20 with 3 servos and drives all in working condition the machine got scarped with very little time on it but i kept the controls now i need to part with it...
i have not had any problem with them i just orderd a step drive system monday got a tracking # that aternoon it going to be today im getting ready to order 4 of there AC servos system
im working on a custom machine and I have a hydraulic cylinder that I want to control up and down with positioning using mach3 like you would a servo if this is possible

i agree 7075 is a lot better then 6061 for that app
looks great i built mine about 2 years ago with the same servos and drives just got it going then i burned up a main board my fault i was cleaning up some wires. i order a new board then i lost...

one option
use a normal AC motor to drive the spindle but put a gear next to the pully on the spindle with a small servo/stepper on a pivet and a air cylinder to dis/endgage the spindle servo...
your site does not seem to work ?
ours smaller HMC have 2 or more pallets so one is cutting the other is outside swapping parts and with a HMC there no chips and coolant bath to fight it goes down to the bottom of the machine not on...
