I have an issue with this machine I’m unable to get it powered up and referenced.

When I power the machine on it gets stuck with power interruption message and all leds light up, see...

Has anyone retrofitted a control like the Masso to a machine like this?

I’ve also checked the voltages on the power supply and they seem okay? The machine has been fitted with a new power supply by lextronixs in may 2019.
