Hello,
Did you get them?
I can help you, I have a VC5.
Sorin
Thank you,
I found that RGB signals are sent to this boards inside the CRT panel, not as TTL signals, but differential signals (noise removing). Those signals are OK, but haven't found the time to...
I have replaced it, but no difference. The lathe works, but still no RGB.
Is there a possibility that the video signal is processed somewhere on the CRT panel? Some buffer circuits or something. On...
It is possible to swap the old CRP card with a newer model CRP card?
The old one is a double PCB card CRPB-II E4809-436-018-C serial nr 1911-164 1-1187
The newer is a single PCB card CRP...
Hello,
The CRT on one of my Okuma LB15 OSP5000L-G has become black. First, the RED color disappeared, then GREEN, and after a few hours, the CRT was black. The lathe is working, moving, all is OK...
Okuma BL-120E-20.
Do you know what type of VAC unit was on '89 OKUMA LB15? I bought one at an auction without VAC unit.
Thank you.
It can be repaired or is scrap?
Thank you all.
Changed the motor and now it's working.
Now, I have one question: The defective motor jumps like a stepper when I turn it by hand. 36 steps.
Does anybody have a clue?
Not on LB15. It has two TAC bearings on the end of the ballscrew, fixed on a bearing block, and on the other end, where is the pulley, the bearing can move longitudinally on his case, to compensate...
Swapped already, with a drive from another OKUMA LB15. No difference. Those bearings came in pairs, and I think you can't over preload them.
Yes, it rotates smoothly if I try to rotate it from the motor's pulley. If I try to rotate it from the ballscrew race by hand, it's a bit hard.
Algirdas,
There is plenty of oil on the guides. It hasn't tapered gibs on z-axis, they are rectangular. No cracks, and load is uniform all over Z.
I think I made a mistake when greasing the...
No, I don't have one. With a multimeter is OK.
But I'm thinking that grease is the problem, because the load on the servo is raising proportional with the speed, and the error appear every time...
Algirdas,
Thank you.
I think I found the problem. The Z-axis motor is loaded approx. 55% at 6m/min. Above this velocity, Diff Alarm occurs.
Tracking back all problems, it sounds something like...
I have an identical problem with one '85 Okuma LB15. When RAPA stops counting, I have two situations:
1. Motor load over 200%, even without belt, until DIFF is too big and I got 100-4 Diff Alarm...
