Ditto, it "almost" looks like your tool was rezeroed in the bottom of the roughing pocket instead of the top of the material.
Post this on the Vectric site and you will get more help here:

In SWX 10 as I remember you can create a use the "cavity" routine to create a negative of the part. See the "help" menu. The part has to be a true solid(called water tight) with no surface...
Is your torch supposed lower to touch off, then raise up a certain amount to the pierce height and then fire. If so maybe your post processor needs fixing or your zero switch is not set correctly.

Personally, since you are just getting started, rather than running through the scaling issues I would start with the desktop version. Try it for awhile till you are comfortable and actually need the...

There are a couple of ways, create 2 cofigurations of the part. One configuration for each body, either suppress or hide the other body in each. Create a assembly with the 2 of the parts(one for each...
If you try Vcarve Pro from Vectric they have tutorial on the website that you could follow. It is quite easy to use.
Maybe change the layer colors to something more visible on a black screen.

I don't know what version of SWX you are using, but you can save tables and balloons in 2014. When you export the model they do disappear as you stated.
Depending on their orientation the balloons...
Ok Devin,
Its a good thing I'm retired and love a challenge. I was able to get the lines all on one plane finally. I used PrintoCad to create a PDF of the dxf file, then used it again to create a...
The more I look at your pics it almost looks like you were doing a regular "pocketing" and the tool was leaving scallops at the stepover point, Yes , No??

Looks like you are doing a Vcarve with a flat bottom?? Using a Vbit with a 60 or 90 degree (with no flat pocket toolpath ) cut to full depth will give you a cleaner cut. That assumes a flat at the...

All I can say is try moving your first sketch and see what happens. Several features will fail.
Mike
I looked at the part and could not reproduce your problem so it may be a graphics card issue if you are not using a certified card.
Also your first sketch is just hanging out in space(under defined)...
