I'd skip it. I'm not impressed with them. You're better off with a 1/2" Destiny Carbide cutter or YG1 alupower.
I'd be in! Let me know!
On the latest update to 10, it reversed drill default directions! My M3 went to M4. I of course didn't notice until the drills were howling! Might need to check on that
I need the same thing. The Fanuc30i that you can download won't work. I'm getting a lot of IJ errors on HSM paths. Also had to edit the post to add trailing decimals to feedrates
Still have this laying here. Accepting REASONABLE offers.
Not to bump, but sold
Yes it can be rigged. It's in a commercial machineshop with no dock. You will either need a liftgate or a forktruck.
Yeah...kinda useless without it!
I'm in Indianapolis, I'll get pictures later. People are asking, but again tooling only includes:
Air closer
Gang Adapter Plate
Custom coolant manifold w/straws for gang setup
I'll include a...
I've been upgrading and expanding my shop over the last few years. I don't want to sell my PCNC1100 but I added a new Hurco VM10i and a larger chucker lathe. I don't have much use for my Tormach...
Still have this
Since I'm buying 10 outright, I can do whatever I want. You can't upgrade 2 levels, so you have to buy new
I'm selling my hasp for Sprutcam 8. It's an allpost with lathe, jet, 5 axis, etc. HSM works on mine as well. I upgraded to 10 and don't need this anymore. $600 shipped
Upgrade to an 8" so I don't need this anymore. Includes table and 3 jaw chuck. Estimating shipping around $120. Ships from 46060. $500, new in 2012. Typically only used for 3.5 axis work

To make Gwizard more effective, use SFM input from the tool manufacturer. Gwizard is a great starting place for the Tormach under the Finish or Light Rough section. You really need to pay attention...
Edited, watched your video
You're not missing out. The duality lathe is junk. It's a hobby, novelty setup at best. If you need to mill/turn parts, you're money and time ahead to do it on 2 machines or buy a lathe with live...
There's no light in the enclosure.
The kicker is for $2500...they want me to take it off the stand and move it to the door. They will only move it through the door and 3 miles down the road for $2500...
It all depends on options. Base price is $53k, but there is 10% off right now. I have 4th axis, 10k spindle, programmable coolant, etc.
I already have a Slant Pro. I The Slant Pro is sitting in my garage awaiting the move. The PCNC's not at my house, it's in a shop, but no overhead. My other manual lathes, etc will easily go through...
Guys, need some opinions and advice. I'm relocating to a much larger shop and am contemplating selling my 1100 rather than move it. I have a 36" door which I was able to navigate it into, but I'm...
Related to the new machine control: Jog Pendant
So I chatted with Tormach online and they said only their shuttlejog is supported. It sucks and I want to use something else. I have 2 lathes and 2...
33273 - Turret Kit for Tormach 15L Slant-PRO
The acid won't hurt the aluminum. What do you think an anodizing bath is?? The best tap removal is a battery charger and sulfuric acid @ 50% dilution.
It will do stainless. I've machined a bit of stainless and a LOT of titanium. Works great!
I'm thinking of selling mine. I have a 2013 1100 with tool changer and PDB. I have an 80/20 and polycarb enclosure built as well. 6" 4th axis. I'm moving my shop the first of the year and need to a...
It's Tormach's closer.
