I have this problem: sometimes mach3 doesn't run little close circles.

Ok, I know what was wrong: too much current.
Now i have a good cut with 35-38A on a 3mm of mild steel. I have not yet wasted one nozzle, so also the consumable life at this amperage should be good.

Ok, i had no more alarm and so i can try some cuts. Bad results. Too much noises make z axle move uncontrolled.
HF contact start plasma cutter are very hard to make cnc!

i fixed the problem setting the debounce value to 100, in mach3.
Now i have no more alarms.

Manually it cuts, the nozzle tip must touch perfectly the metal sheet, otherwise the plasma doesn't start, only air flows.
on the plasma table i cannot cut because on start mach 3 call alarm.
