Ok, tried a new ethernet, even to a different router and it did not work. I went through the file sent and all of our setting are the same. I am at a stand still with this issue. Any other thoughts...

Our plan next, was to look into another cable just as a test. We'll try that, and I'm looking through the file you had sent to see if there is anything different with what we have done.
