I would erase memory again. (Reset and Del at power on)
And try to enter the parameters again.
You probably have a problem with one of the modules inside the main Board.
Also, you said...
Power off the machine.
Take out the Opt card. You do not have to disconnect the cables on that board.
Just , take out the card.
Power on and see if you see anything in the screen.

Check parameters 8300 and so on. Compare them to 8200. Do not change anything. Just take a note of the differences.

To change paths, after entering NC parameters for path 1, you must enter PMC parameters . Then you can access path 2.

Did you also save programs 9000 ?
Those are important before you clear all programs.
PWE=1 Power off .
Power on pressing [DELETE] will clear all programs.

What is the value of parameter 10?
I would guess you have a short circuit somewhere. Since you do not have any manuals, I would try first to power on with the EMERGENCY button ON.
Then , see what happens, if the turret still turns or...
If you disengage the motor , will the problem appear?

Ladder can be seen in FANUC control 0C. You cannot see it in 0A or 0B.
