We are looking to move our production of this bolt handle from overseas to the USA. We will start with an initial order of 50 units and ramp up from there. Part can be machined or casted from 4041 and is roughly 4.5"L x 0.5" x 0.8" (not including the protruding handle). Handle arm can be machined and then welded on separately (does not need to be single machined piece).

I can provide you with an IGES / STEP model for quoting but will send you the actual part to duplicate and verify measurements. Tolerance of +/- 0.005" (0.127mm) is acceptable.
