producing a rad with ballnose cutter with heidenhain controller

Is it possible to produce a rad along a length of material with a ballnose cutter? I would like to be able to do it WITHOUT the use of cam software .

So.... for instance ..... if I have a piece of material 100mm long and 50mm wide and 50mm high, and it has a 16mm rad along the 100mm length, how could I program it.....simply.... or not...using a 10mm ballnose cutter and heidenhain controller ?

    Thanks in advance .
