Hi

I have a redsail 50w laser machine that has stopped working , basically we had a power cut and the main fuse box tripped out, Everything else turned back on ok but the laser machine didn't .

I have bought a new power supply today and changed it over but it still doesn't work,

any ideas what else it could be?

Hello chris, do you have a water chiller to protect the machine? as you said you had a power cut, so I think you should lower the power or you can choose a larger power laser tube.

thanks for the video, but there is no power to the machine at all,. it's like it doesn't have a power supply fitted .

we had a power cut that tripped out all our machines, which came back on except the laser machine

Have you bypassed the emergency Off switch.. Mine just all of a sudden broke, shutting it all down.

Did you plug something else into the wall plug to test it? Did you check the fuse locatated in the connector on the back of the machine where the power cable hooks to the machine?
