Problem with EMCO 425 - Sub Spindle - Alarm 7034

    hello!

Recently I aquired an EmcoTurn 345 from 1996 with Siemens controller. i know it`s a simple machine but for my parts is perfect!

1.I didn`t know that i needed an air tank near the machine and when i tested the second spindle it stopped on it`s way!
The machine didn`t had enough air to push the spindle. Now i have error 7034 “main spindle 2 in undef. Position” .
In the manual it says to check the program and to check the electrical scheme. i cant operate the machine so ... there is no point in checking the program and i`m not an electrician
Do you have any idea how I can call the second spindle to the reference position?
I think there should be a combination of keys or something…

2.Does anyone have the password to access the maintenance menu? maybe i can find a solution there ... Sinumerk 810T

Thank you very much for your suggestions!

You probably can re-reference the axis to clear the alarm. Which control is it? 840C?

The password should be 1111, it is on my 1994 Emcoturn 465.
