Y-axis offsets on Haas ST20
Banging my head against the wall trying to set a y axis tool offset on a Haas ST20-SSY. im sure the solution is right in front of my face but I can't figure it out for the life of me.
what're the sequence of buttons I need to press to set that offset? does it just piggyback off of the already known x tool offsets? if so, why does the tool geometry reserve a place holder for a y axis offset? im very green, so go easy on me :D
Re: Y-axis offsets on Haas ST20
I have to set the Y-axis offsets manually on our ST-10Y. I'm sure yours is the same.
Just be sure to program a Y0. for each tool to keep them on center or you can shim them to center.
