Fanuc Serial Pulse Coder A pinout

I am attempting to install a 4th axis in my 93 mv40 mori mill that has a fanuc 16a control. The machine previously had a rotary table in it however I did not get that with the machine. I have a rotary and have to change the servo drive because this rotary is smaller than the previous one . I have everything I need ( I think) however the encoder (A60-0346-T041)has a 15 pin connector which is numbered and in my connections manual they give me letters. If someone can give me some insight I would appreciate it.
