Compound Mirco-machining ( Need Help for EDM Parameters)

Hi everyone I'm new here. I'm currently a final year student doing a bachelor in Mechanical engineering. I'm doing a thesis on Compound Mirco Machining. A process where I have to test the feasibility of using Laser machining for roughing followed by EDM for finishing.

I have set up an experiment to produce simple geometries and holes and I would to clarify certain issues:

-What is the range of parameters for 0.2mm stainless steel sheet or any other materials? I understand that I would require a high frequency to have better surface finish
- Since its only going to be a finishing cut what's the minimum depth of cut I should use?
- Is one machine pass sufficient as its only a finishing cut?
