Nomura NN25 with MELDAS 60

Hi,
We've just got a used machine, and have set it all up. It was working fine until I jog moved it over the x limit I guess, but now I have no idea how to return it, and when it turns on it just goes straight into EMG stop, without HPU coming on.
Can anyone help with the emergency stop error code "x over-run ($2)" presumably , how can we get rid of this alarm and get the state back to ready? (It's MELDAS 60 controller) the machine goes straight into emergency stop when turned on , and we can't zero return the x axis
