Happy Friday everyone! We’ve been in a decorating and designing mood lately as the summer months are winding down. This week, we had a customer looking to engrave designs into all kinds of material ranging from wood to plastic to aluminum. The customer wanted a range of sizes in order to make different designs without needing to make numerous passes with a single bit.
We recommended the Onsrud 37-00 series single flute solid carbide engraving tools. These bits come in a wide range of tip sizes in 30º and 60º angles to accommodate many engraving styles. For those who prefer using metric units, there is also Onsrud series 37-20.
