Xml files and license transfer?'s

I was running an ancient machine with windows 2000 upgraded my version of Mach3 and started to miss steps. I've tried everything so I have a new machine that I've loaded mach3 onto but for the life of me I can't figure out how to transfer the license or xml files of my old set up. I've been using a memory stick attempting to transfer the xml files I dumped them into the new mach folder on the new machine and I can see that they are there but when I start the mach 3 loader I'm not given any new options other than the default? Any ideas?
