Laser control board, 6c6879-laser-M2:2 no dongle
I bought the machine as a dog, it looked like it had been in a swamp. Its now clean and straight. Powered on and the return to home works. It stops where it should. I then tried to tackle communicating with it and there the fun stopped.
As I understand it, this board requires Corel draw and a dongle for a plug in to operate the laser etc.
I don't have the cash to shell out for a new control board, I'd be happy to in the future but for now I would be extactic to just get it to move.
Could anyone confirm if this is the correct software and what dongle I am going to need to find? Or if there is anyone out there that has upgraded from this board that might be willing to part with etc?
Any help would be much appriciaed, thank you for your time in reading
There is a similar post to this but the thread gets hijacked y different boards pretty quickly with no clear outcome.

Ive now managed to get Corel Draw to see the Laser, sadly (and as suspected) it is saying requires USB support if I try to send a job to it. At least I have the right software, though looks like I will be putting in a board to control via mach 3 instead if I can't find a solution before funds replenish :)
