Converting a pdf file to UG part file

Hi all, i need help in converting a pdf file to a UG part file
I'm using NX5 for drawing.

Is there any software that i can convert it ??

YES you can have software PDF to DXF
WHERE YOU MATTER TO GENERATE AND DXF NX and converts it into 3D
