G112
Hey
I am new to using G112. Before crashing a machine..... I was hoping I could get some feedback on some code so maybe I can have a little confidence when running it. I need to make a round hub that is 6.3125mm off of center. The hub itself is 25.35mm in dia. I am hoping to do this by milling it using G112.
Any input would be greatly appreciated since this will be my first shot at using it. I am also not sure if i have to double X values
Would this work?
G112
G98G1G42X37.975C0.0F1000.0
G3C12.675X12.625R12.675
G3C0.0X-12.725R12.675
G3C-12.675X12.625R12.675
G3C0.0X37.975R12.675
G1X50.0
G1G40X62.0
G113
Thanks

Re: G112
Looks like the code will work but I would use a Line-Arc lead-in/out for rad. comp. Also you could
use a single line for the boss instead of quadrants:
lead-in
G3X37.975C0.0I-12.675
lead-out
If you adjust your Work Offset to run the routine in front of the part you can verify if the code works
without risking making scrap.
hope that helps

Re: G112
It goes by the name of the Walgreens Customer Satisfaction Survey as well. It is primarily set up to find out what the customers think about the offered goods and services. You must go to the official https://walgreensreceiptsurvey.site/ website in order to take part in the poll. The company's product and service offerings are expanded via the utilization of consumer feedback. All that is required of you is sincere input. We have included the comprehensive instructions as well as the guidelines and prerequisites for the survey for your convenience. Just have a look at them before completing the survey to determine the level of satisfaction among the customers.

Re: G112
Your X values look fine. Since you're using radius values for circular interpolation (geometry dash lite), you don't need to double the X values.
