HAAS Interpolated Rapid Moves and Feed Rates

Hello All,

We recently had an issue with CAMWorks outputting our rapid moves as interpolated, but our haas machine was setup to dog leg rapids. We corrected the issue to avoid crashes (we were previously fully retracting) and speed up production, but it seems we have a new issue.

Since we're now using interpolated rapids, we are able to travel diagonally to the next point, rather than the dog leg rapid move. If we override the feed rate and slow it down, the rapids slow down as well!

It's almost as if the VF4 is changing all the G0 codes to G1 while the program is running.

Has anyone else had this issue or know what to do to fix it?
