SE USA Thermoforming Source?

Hi all, first time post for me.

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a thermoforming source in the general area of Northern Alabama, specifically, Nashville/Chattanoga, TN, Birmingham, AL, etc. I found one source in Huntsville, but it turned out to be cost prohibitive. I would prefer to find one within driving distance, as I think shipping is not the best of ideas.... they are heavy and I have a concern regarding damage in-transit.

I have a number of proven molds ready to go and just need to find source. Needs are polycarbonate in the thicknesses of 0.03 to 0.06 range. Min size, 24 - 36 inch sq/rect range.

If that doesn't work, I am thinking of trying it myself and I am sure I will have questions if I decide to go that route. Thank in advance and glad to be here.
