Haas HA5C4 Rotary table problems
I have an HA5C4 indexer with 4 rotary indexers. We are getting a hi load alarm which means according to the manual a software fuse. The control has been looked at by Haas and they say it is fine. The Yaskawa motor was sent out for repair and no problems were found except new bearings were put in. The cable was megged out and no real issues were found. The indexer works OK and doesn't fault out until it stops and holds a position. It rotates and homes out fine. Trying to find out what a software fuse is. Any help would be great.
Re: Haas HA5C4 Rotary table problems
Parameter #52 is the fuse level for rotary axis (A).
Might check to see what that is set at..different rotaries are set to different levels.
Change at your own risk. But I have bumped it up a bit sometimes..

Thanks
I'll try this. We ran it all night on Tuesday and no problems so far. When it would stop and hold at 120 deg the motor would whine but not fault. We'll try to adj. the parameter
