I'm writing to you because I've got a DMU50evo working on iTNC530 (software version 340 422-09_SP1) with boot problem.
After turning the machine on, it stays with black screen displaying errors (probably linked with an hard disk drive failure) (see picture joined).
I would like to know if it is possible to boot machine under windows to back up?
