Fireball V90 and .125 aluminum?
Hey guys-
I'm curious if anyone is using this with a router installed to cut thin, .125", aluminum?
I have a small bracket I sell and have been going to BigBlueSaw for quite some time to have them cut.
I'm looking to cut out the middle man and start making my own pieces.
Anyone?
Thanks

I would try it. I have seen many routers cut sheet metal. For that matter I have seen some people cut pretty thick aluminum with a router. Use what you have got.

Well, I've currently got a pair of less than computerly controller tin snips. ;)
I'll be buying a Grizzly G0704 in the near future, but was looking at the Fireball in addition to the G0704.

You could mount a small router to the side of the G0704 mill head like others have done. Hoss is one I believe and knowing him it is documented pretty good.

If I pick up the Grizzly, I'd just use that to do the milling.
