Matsuura mx-1 Cannot Zero Return Any Axis

I recently got my 1982 Matsuura Mc-500v mx-1 control (stored 10 years) turned on and moving in all 3 axis for the first time. I reentered the parameters, tried to zero with g28 x0y0z0cr and I just get x,y,z, unready alarm. I try to manually do it and it never decelerates just hits the soft ot switch. I have checked the dgn screens the machine switches are working dgn1012 from switch to sequence control, and dgn1328 from sequence control to logic processing unit. But from logic processing to sequence control dgn1201 nothing, and from sequence control to machine dgn1102 nothing. I have set the parameters for 6310-6319 excluding 6314&15 as instructed (by previous owner) at 40. These are the deceleration settings. The coasting distance parameters 6304 = 3838, 6305 = 4040, 6306 =3232. If anyone can help with the proper parameters or things to check i tried to trace down the relay switches but my service manual is for a mc-500v2 and the wiring does not look the same Imo. I could really use the schematic for the limit switches and their relays Thanks.
