im cutting 15mm fibre glass my toolpath is set to 15.4 deep but when i cut on the machine for some reason its goin to 48mm deep !!! just put a hole through my deck and snapped a tool and colet. any ideas on why its doing this ? its only on 1 group of tool paths thats the problem.

Sounds like you never set the Z axes offset G43 do you have a G43 Z.1 H3 in your program H3 is your tool number, this is were you tool offset is set in you tool table in the control
