Forgetting It's Holding A Tool

Hi,
I work with a CNT Motion Systems Es 919 and run WinCnc.

Once a tool is loaded, it registers that it is, in fact there. Sometimes after measuring the tool it will revert back to reading "no tool." Other times it still reads the correct tool number after measuring but, when a new T'X' command is inputted it will revert back to reading "no tool." This revert back happens after it finishes measuring and immediately when a T'X' command is inputted.

The tools are fully inserted and have the same problems when they are inserted by hand or through the automatic ISO gripper.

This is happening on tools 1,2,5-8. T3 and T4 haven't had a problem yet. The system has been restarted and all parts have been thoroughly blown out with air.

Has anyone ever experienced similar problems?
Not sure if it could be a sensor issue, as this is happening right when a command is inputted into WinCnc. I could be wrong about this point, I'm not sure how often the sensor that senses the tools refreshes itself.
