I/O Controller for Mach 3

Upon frying my 4 Axis controller I purchased a new breakout board and drivers. Problem is the new setup only has a single spindle output. I looking to add more for my Scribe, router contactor and possible other options.
Is there a dedicated I/O board that I can control with mach 3 using a second Parallel Port, RJ45 or anything? I'm finding lots withthe axis control but not simple I/O other then this:
I/O Board, Ethernet, 55 Digital I/O, 7 Analog Inpu
Will this work, I'm a little too green to know if it will work with Mach3.
