Can my machine use Mach3?

This is my first post, and I am not sure this is the right place for my question, but I hope someone can help me out.
I will be working at a University this fall, and they have bought a Tec-Cam Mod. 3-103 R from a distributor in Spain. (ISSUU - Fresadora CNC TEC-CAM 3000 by Perez Camps)

They got it with Vcarve pro, and I contact them to ask if I can use it with Mach3 and they didn´t want to answer clearly. They told I should use it directly with the Vcarve pro.
My question was because I wanted to build an ATC, and already got the macro for the M6 command.
The machine controller is a NK105, and I am trying to study the manual to find out if I could do what I want, but I would appreciate if someone can give me hope :)
