I have a serious problem. I use tb6560 controller 12v power adapter and NEMA 23 step motor (4,8V 3,0A). the engine makes a very strange noise, like whistling when stationary. what output voltage must come tb6560 stepper motor? I have now 12v

That's a standard chopper whistle. Reduce the current setting. Oh, and get rid of that pile of junk 6560; it WILL fail on you eventually.
Is it possible to be used only in the same step motors. Currently I use nema17 x, y, z axis and the a axis is nema23.
Sorry, I don't understand the question?
i'm sorry my english is not good. i use google translators :(
Do tb6560 controller must use only one type of step motors? can i use different stepper motors same time. (for example nema17 and nema23. )
I have 3 pieces Nema17 12v and 1 pieces Nema23 4,8v.
You can use only one stepper motor per driver. But you can use whatever size you like. If you have a driver board with 4 drivers on it, you can use different motors, one per driver, but different sizes on each driver on the board.
But it's a REALLY bad idea to buy a board with several drivers on it. What do you do if you fry ONE of the drivers? You have to replace the entire board. Buy single drivers.
Thank you for the recommendations. I purchased four of the same NEMA 23 step motor, and now look forward to 24 volt power supply. but in hindsight I could really buy a single drivers. Thank you again for your advice. if I get a power supply, it will give you the results. BR
