Integrex Head Index Position

Im running a long part where Im using the second spindle as a tailstock. When it tool changes to the drill I need, the head wants to index to 90 deg and it will hit the second spindle. I was able to set a TPC (index position) to have the head move towards spindle 1 before indexing to 90 but my problem is when the drill is done, instead of going to the TPC point, it wants to return home before indexing back to 0 degrees. But that's a crash in to the second spindle. How do I get the head to index on the departure in a different spot than home? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What we often do is send the Z2 to home before the tool change in a manual program and bring it back afterwards in another manual program.
