post processor for mastercam to sinumerik 802d control

We have a seimen's jingpin CNC with the sinumerik 802d controller and Mastercam v9 installed on my pc. I can´t seem to find a post processor for the sinumerik 802d. Can you please help me to find a copy somewhere?

Ok ! I have purchased a second hand Tiwan brand cnc milling machine with SINUMERIK 802D controller and SIMODRIVE 611.

Couple of days ago due to electric shock, machine was stoped working. when I had turn off and then turn on it, there was an Alarm "700015 I/R module not ready" was appearing on screen.

I have checked the modules ,they are showing "run" condition and no alarms/error is appearing on both the spindle,Zaxis and X axis, Yaxis module.

Plese help me how can i get rid this alarm.

We have CNC machine in which we are facing some problems related to PLC control.

Detail of Machine:

Maker: JohnFord

Model: SL-35

Control: Sinumerik 810D


Problem of Machine:

When we ON the machine then after booting its gave one alarm at screen.

Alarm# 2000 (PLC sign of Life monitoring)

Detail of Alarm in Manual:

The PLC must sign of life within a defined period of time (machine data 10100 PLC_CYCLIC_TIMEOUT). If this does not occur, the alarm is trigerred.

Remedy of Alarm in Manual:

Check monitoring time frame in NCK-MD 10100 PLC_CYCLIC_TIMEOUT (refrence value: 100ms)

Please give us technical guidance to solve our problem as soon as possible.
