There seems to be several if you google Free machining simulator.
Use at your own risk.
A lot of Cam software comes with simulation modules inside. Some of those can be free trial downloads.
Use Mach 3 even. It has a very basic simulator in the tool path window. It also has MIDI to input the Gcode and run one line at a time. It too is free for 500 lines of code in one program.
