That would be misleading because it would seem that a weld is better or stronger than a stitch.
Stitching is only 1 part of a boolean. A boolean cuts the material at the intersection common edges, discards the unused/needed parts of material and stitches the seams together.

All good stuff, I am a sponge soaking all of this stuff up. Only been doing this for about a year and a half now and this forum teaches me more then anything.
Will watch those videos when I get a sec today.
You taught me a few things. I didnt realize that once I did a full 360 Revolve it would already be a solid! I thought that since it was done with a surface tool that it would still be separate surfaces.
I figured there was something wrong with the splines on those cylinders. I am starting to use splines more and figure out how to make them work right. I have trouble getting them to be smooth geometry.
