Strathclyde die-sink EDM support

Does anyone know where I might be able to get help with a Strathclyde EDM - I have recently discovered that Strathclyde in Australia shut down a couple of years ago, and we have a machine that's in a world of trouble.
Something has gone wrong in the PLC backend, and it has lost all operation parameters and PLC memory (and it throws processor check error B when trying to restore the parameters from rom to ram)

I know it's a long shot, the machine was built in '97, and a problem like this probably needs support from the original manufacturer (and a minor miracle).
It has a Heidenhain controller.
