Hi, my Hypertherm PHC lifter has a erratic fail. It is running on OEM cutting machine and a MAXPRO 200 source.
It fails only at torch retract after a little use, so when arc starts, the shield brokes or the start fails. I´ve cleaned and lubricated ball screw , and it´s rotating freely, and set the IHS parameter at higher values.It´s 5 years old.
Some one has the same issue?
