Do you have Machinery's Handbook? http://www.industrialpress.com/en/Ma...k/default.aspx
You can get it for about $80 at Barnes and Noble. It has a section on G-code. Did some searches but couldn't really find a good guide.
If you're just starting with machining you really need this book.
