Dear All,
I need an opensource breakout board for my cnc. I appreciate Pminmo's breakout boards and i succesfully used 4 axis and 5 axis boards but now i need a board that have relays on board and screw terminals on it (instead of pin terminals) Is there any board around here or should i need to draw it again? If there is any eagle file around, i can modify and open its sources :)

I wouldn't recommend putting relays in that interface arena. Mechanical switching heavy loads is an emi nightmare. Kind of like putting a blindfold on and walking through busy streets, and hoping everybody will avoid you. Why would you do something that potentially will cause step insertion or loss issues and ruin a part. Put the relays away from open logic signals and wiring. Thats what the aux channels are for, to drive relays off the board. And preferably use a ZERO crossing SSR to switch ac signals.
It is not open source but I think they have a great board with relays on it. Try dtllc.com and look on the right side of the page for item # DB25RBOB
If you have ever seen the EMI on a scope montoring logic lines when a mechanical relay switches, you would understand how big a no-no that is!

Do you have screw terminalled version (instead of pin header version) of 4 axis interface? I need to connect seperate cables on step, dir, enable pins, so i need screw terminals. Is there any version of this board like this? If not and if you let, i can prepare and share it.

Why not just solder 22ga wires to the pads you need where the pin terminals would go? If you want a disconnect use simple automotive spade lugs in line.
Hehe, i'm a symmetry patient and i'm ready to draw pcb for screw terminals :)
Btw, i saw miniature ssr on somewhere which is rated 250V 2A. Did you use that before pminmo?

i ask for help , i have to design and fabricate a bob ( interface circuit between mach3 and 3-axes milling machine with linear encoders and DC sevo motors take more than 3A in start [ peak transient area of current may reach more 15A] ) it's first time to me to deal with mach or any software like this so i need help to do it soon , i have to prepare design in one week to send it to my professor
