How do I get the correct X, Y zero point, when this goes completely wrong.
When it turns to a-axis, then Y-position is in the wrong place
Simulation look correct.but cutting place is wrong,

I have a Sherline machine-deck 40mm higher than the A-axis. Attachment 264002

That value in the simulator does not affect the posted code. It just moves the machine model so that the part can be represented in the machine more accurately.
